Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase, but if you change your mind, we're happy to help.

How to Return

• Email hello@tinkerandtot.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you'd like to return an item.

• Return your item(s) within 14 days of notifying us when your return is approved.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.

• Include your order number inside the parcel.

You’ll need to cover return postage, and we recommend using a tracked service. Please don’t attach labels directly to the product packaging.


Marketplace Orders

If your item was shipped directly from one of our supplier partners, we’ll confirm the correct return address after you email us. Please don’t return Marketplace items to the Tinker & Tot address.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If something isn’t right with your order, let us know within 7 days by emailing hello@tinkerandtot.co.uk with your order number, details of the issue, and clear photos of any damage (including the packaging).

We’ll work quickly to resolve it with a refund, replacement, or repair depending on the situation.


Returns We Can’t Accept

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns of certain items unless faulty (e.g. opened bedding, cosmetics, swimwear, and more). A full list is available in our full returns policy.
