Delivery Details
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Once dispatched, parcels typically arrive within 1–2 working days via Evri.
Delivery Costs (UK Mainland):
• Orders under £50: £4.95
• Orders £50 and over: Free delivery
You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Marketplace Orders
Some items on our website are sent directly from our trusted suppliers. These may:
• Arrive separately from the rest of your order
• Take slightly longer to arrive
• Be tracked via a different courier, if applicable
We’ll always note on the product page if an item is dispatched by a supplier, and the estimated timeframe.
