Delivery Details

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. During busy times (like holidays or launches), dispatch may take a little longer, but we’ll keep you updated on our website.


Delivery Timeframes (UK Mainland)

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 48): 2–5 working days
Faster Delivery (Royal Mail 24): 1–2 working days
Parcel Shop Delivery (Evri): 2–3 working days

All delivery timeframes begin after dispatch. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order is packed.

For Royal Mail deliveries, you can set a safe place or nominate a neighbour via the tracking link.
For Evri deliveries, your parcel will be sent to the Parcel Shop you selected at checkout.

Overseas Delivery

We currently ship to selected overseas destinations:

United States & Canada

Overseas customers are responsible for paying any local import duties, customs charges, taxes, tariffs, or VAT. The shipping fee paid at checkout covers the courier cost only (unless stated otherwise).

Marketplace items are not available for overseas or non-mainland UK delivery.

If an overseas order is returned to us due to non-payment of local charges, non-collection, or an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Only the products (not the original shipping fee) will be eligible for a refund once safely received back.


Collection

Collection is available from Anlaby Common, Hull, UK. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, and we’ll send a confirmation once yours is prepared.

Please message us to arrange a collection time and bring proof of purchase.
Collection excludes Marketplace items.


Marketplace Orders

Some items are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers. These may:

• Arrive separately from the rest of your order
• Take slightly longer to arrive
• Be tracked via a different courier, where applicable

Marketplace items are always marked on their product pages, along with estimated delivery timeframes.

Pre-Orders

Some items are available to pre-order and will:

• Dispatch from the date shown on the product page
• Delay the rest of your order, as everything ships together once ready
• Arrive separately if Marketplace items are included (as these are sent by suppliers)
